Honest sizing
We size the unit to your house and your family — not to the salesperson’s commission. If your old 40-gal was fine, you don’t need a 75-gal. If you want tankless, we walk you through the actual real-world payback (not the brochure number) and tell you whether your gas line and venting will support it.
Every install includes the right code-required parts: new shut-off valve, expansion tank if your system needs one, drip pan if it’s in a finished space, proper venting, T&P discharge to code. We pull the permit when the city requires it. No corner-cutting.
